CONSTANT TEMPERATURE HUMIDITY TEST CHAMBER GENERAL INTRODUCTION

Constant temperature & humidity test chamber is mainly applied to test & verify materials,products in environment such as heat, cold, dry,humidity as well as other comprehensive environmental condition.

Constant temperature & humidity test chamber can be used to test electronic, electrical,communication, instrument, automotive,plastic, metal,food,beverage, chemicals,building materials etc. by putting those products,parts,components in high/low temperature,damp heat ,constant temperature & humidity to verify their properties as well as parameter variants after environmental test.

CONSTANT TEMPERATURE HUMIDITY TEST CHAMBER FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

External test chamber is made of dual-side high-temperature electrostatic resin paint galvanized metal sheet, while internal test chamber is designed with SUS#**4 high-low temperature resistance stainless steel material with its bottom with SUS#**4 stainless as well as high-strength square tube connection reinforcement.

Insulation material, in accordance with special heat-resistance purpose, is selected from frame retardant high strength PU polyurethane foam insulation material.

Single door design with its size as width at **0mm and length at **0mm, is designed with observation window on test chamber door. Door frame is designed heat resistance, anti-frosting, anti-condensing devices to enable test technician have a good observation view of complete test process.

Cable Hole (Test hole) with its diameter at *0mm on left of test chamber with silicone sealing and stainless steel cover is made and cable hole at **0mm for optional.

To achieve an excellent test result, sealing process for test chamber is made with silicone rubber strip; sample holder with load-bear capacity of more than *0kg per layer.

Air Supply System with constant air flow as well as uniform air distribution is driven by branded asynchronousmotor, multiple-blades centrifugal circulating blower as well as high-performance sensors.

Refrigeration System is introduced with French Tecumseh compressor for dehumification while Germany Bitzer compressor for refrigeration system,while use environmental friendly refrigerant HFC R**4A, R*3A.

Heating System is designed with SSR (Solid-State Relay) &controller to provide high accurate non-contact switch control, and the heating tube introduced with Naked Wire Nickel Chromium Alloy Electric Heating Tube.

Control Method for walk-in Test Chamber is introduced with Programmable high accuracy micro computer controller, use cold mirror dew point instrument control temp. humidity system. cold mirror dew point instrument control temp. Humidity system.

P.I.D. ,BTC balance temperature control method(thermal compensation function)+DDC digital cold control +DEC digital electric control (Temperature change test program setting) .
